Return Policy

At Mopra.in, your satisfaction is our priority. We take great care in delivering quality products, but if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags intact.
  • The product must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items damaged due to misuse, washing, or natural wear and tear are not eligible for return.

Note: Personalized or custom-printed products are not eligible for return or exchange unless received in a damaged or defective condition.


2. Return Process

  1. Email us at support@mopra.in within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Mention your Order ID, reason for return, and attach product images if applicable.
  3. Our support team will review and approve your request if eligible.
  4. Once approved, you’ll receive instructions for courier pickup or shipping the product back to us.

3. Refunds

  • Approve your refund (if applicable)
  • Processed within 5–7 working days to your original payment method

Please note: Shipping or COD charges (if any) are non-refundable.


4. Exchanges

  • Replacement arranged after product inspection
  • Only one exchange request per order is allowed

5. Damaged or Defective Products

  • Notify within 48 hours of delivery with images
  • We will replace or refund depending on availability

6. Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or personalized products
  • Discounted or sale items
  • Gift cards

7. Cancellations

  • Within 24 hours if not shipped
  • No cancellation after dispatch
